Who We Are
Founded by James Lawlor, an experienced Business Change Consultant with over 11 years in large-scale technology programmes, Tech Testing brings the precision of enterprise-level testing to the SME world.
James has worked across industries including healthcare, technology, higher education, courier services, publishing, and charity, leading projects in both agile and waterfall environments.

Specialist Expertise
In the last four years, James has specialised in healthcare technology, particularly Epic EPR implementations. Managing the development, testing, and Go-Live phases for the world’s largest healthcare data migration.
This included front-end and back-end testing, data conversions, and integration work using Epic Bridges.
Beyond healthcare, Tech Testing supports SMEs with projects in AI, AR, mobile apps, and enterprise software. Always with the same focus: fast, high-quality delivery without unnecessary risk.
